Bob Downing Memorial Golf Day a Great Success.
The 5th Bob Downing Memorial day was held at the Gorleston Golf Club on 16th April. The weather was great and there was fun had by all! We had great support again this year with team HSBC winning the shield for the second year running.  
 
Throughout the day and the evening event an amazing £13,000 was raised with more money still being donated.  
 
Thank you to all who helped to raise such an amazing amount and look forward to seeing you all next year. 

Bob Downing Memorial Golf day 2011
The 2011 Bob Downing Memorial Golf day will be on the 8th April 2011 at the Gorleston Golf Club, Great Yarmouth. This will be our 5th Golf day in Memory of Bob and we are looking for this one to be our biggest and best yet it is also the British Heart Foundations 50th Anniversary.  
 
There are some places remaining for the golf and for the evening, the prices are the same as last year which is £55 per person for the golf and evening meal and £35 for the evening meal only. We will be having a raffle and auction in the evening and are looking for prizes, if you are in a position to help then we would be grateful. 
 
We are planning for this to be our last big fundraising event, we are still going to have further golf days but they will be more of a social event rather than major fund raising events.
